Ingredients

• 50g The Fast 800 Strawberry Shakes powder or Vegan Strawberry Shakes powder
• 100ml water 
• 1/2 cup ice
• 50g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
• 50g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 5g hemp seeds

Method

1. Blitz the shakes powder with water, ice and raspberries – pour into a bowl and let it thicken for 5-10 minutes.
2. Arrange strawberries and hemp seeds on top.

Notes

If you’re staying at home, make use of what you have in; any berries can be used in place of strawberries and raspberries. Also, you can swap hemp seeds for chia seeds, flax seeds or simply remove them from the recipe.
